Raw Granola Bar

Makes 8-12 bars, size dependant.


200g raw, whole rolled oats

50g raw nuts, chopped

50g raw seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds are great)

50g unsweetened dried fruit, chopped

50g desiccated coconut

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 large pinch fine sea salt

3 tbsp high protein peanut butter


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine oats, nuts, seeds and desiccated coconut in a baking tray and dry roast for 7-10 minutes to release flavour.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry roasted ingredients with the chopped fruit, peanut butter, honey, and salt.

Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with greaseproof paper or parchment, and cover with another layer of greaseproof paper. Press with a heavy object and leave to refrigerate overnight. Once cooled, use a sharp knife to slice the bars into whatever shapes you desire - and enjoy!
