Sweet Nut Mix


1 bag whole almonds

1 bag pecans

1 bag green pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp wasabi powder

2 tsp ground ginger


Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and then mix all the ingredients together on the tray.


Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the baking tray into the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes making sure to stir the nuts every 3–4 minutes so as not to burn. Cool and keep in a seal tight container.
