Turmeric & Ginger Mango Salad

The Salad

pretty salad leaves, mixed

1 red pepper

1 carrot, grated

1 mango

sunflower seeds, toasted

The Dressing

1-2 tbsp School of Wok’s Turmeric & Ginger Marinade

juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp palm sugar


Finely slice the red pepper, grate the carrot and cut the mango into bite-size dices. Toast the sunflower seeds by heat on a medium heat in a frying pan. Mix “The Dressing” ingredients together well. Compile your salad and dress with “The Dressing” to taste.
