Batch Prepping / Homemade Stock

Homemade Instant Noodles


1 nest of vermicelli noodles

handful spinach

2 radish, finely sliced

1 carrot, finely sliced

1 tsp finely chopped ginger

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

500ml homemade stock of choice (vegetable / chicken / fish)


Layer up all the ingredients in a jar or bowl. Bring the stock to a vigorous boil. Pour over the ingredients and wait for 5 minutes for the noodles to soften. If need be, place in microwave to cook through for 1 minute.
