Super Salad / Go Nuts for Nuts

Tofu Nutty topping Liang Ban


1 pack silken soft tofu

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 spring onion, sliced

30g unsalted peanuts

1 tsp sesame seeds

30g de-shelled pistachios

A handful coriander

The Sauce

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp chilli bean paste

2 tbsp vegetable stock

½ tbsp palm sugar

1 tsp sesame oil


Finely chop the garlic cloves, slice the spring onion and roughly chop the coriander.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Drain and slice tofu into 3 cm chunks.


Spoon the sauce onto a plate or bowl and place the tofu on top and sprinkle with the pistachios and sesame seeds garnish with the coriander and sliced spring onion.
