Black Spiced Iced Tea


250ml water

1 tbsp palm sugar

100ml oat milk

Garnish: mint leaves



2 earl grey tea bags

1 piece star anise

2 pods cardamom

½ cinnamon stick

ground tamarind (to taste)

¼ tbsp almond extract


Brew the two tea bags with water.

In a saucepan on medium heat, toast the spices until fragrant, add the tea.

Pour the spiced tea onto a blender full of ice, add the oat milk and blend together.

Serve and garnish with mint leaves.
