Chai Latte


Spice Mix

½ cup cardamom

¼ star anise

1 tbsp cloves

1 cassia bark stick

2 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp coriander seeds

250ml Oat milk

250ml water


In a frying pan on medium heat, toast the spices until fragrant. Using a spice grinder or a pestle and mortar grind your spice mix.

Using a coffee filter, pour a couple of teaspoons of the spice mix, pour boiling water to make the tea.

Froth the oat milk, add it to your tea. Serve with cinnamon powder on top
