Turmeric & Ginger Roasted Fish

2 cod / hake / local white fish fillets, scaled, skin on

4-5 tbsp of School of Wok’s Turmeric & Ginger Marinade


Place the fish fillets onto a suitably sized roasting tray, spoon the turmeric and ginger marinade onto the fillets of fish evenly and massage gently around the fish fillets. Preheat the oven to 220°C and then place the fish into the oven for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish fillets.

To serve: with a side of salad, some fresh bread or steamed rice.
