In 2018, we unveiled our brand mission of helping people live healthier, longer, better lives.
Since then, we’ve spent an extensive amount of time exploring everything we can do to live this promise and bring it to life.
In that process, we’ve identified three key threats connected to modern life that affect the health and quality of life across Asia. They are: sleep deprivation, air quality degradation, mental illness and depression.
The first issue we looked into is Asia’s attitude towards sleep.
There is a myth that we sacrifice sleep in order to meet the opportunities of modern life. As the common phrase goes, “Sleep is for the weak.”
But in reality, sleep does not get in the way of progress. In fact, it enables it. Therefore our opportunity is to redefine the role of sleep in all our lives.
Over the next few months, we as Asia’s partner in healthy living intend to tackle this misconception by actively engaging with the community and partnering up with credible experts in the field of sleep. In doing so, we hope to show the world how sleep can have a positive transformational effect on the health and quality of people’s lives.
Our call to action is a simple one. One that should be simple enough to integrate into one’s routine, but impactful enough to create tangible change.
It is to encourage everyone to get one more hour of sleep for a healthier, longer, better life. #OneMoreHour
