Frozen Fruit Lollies


Fresh peaches, peeled and halved (or peeled and canned in water)

1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

Large red & green grapes



Oranges, peeled and sliced into thick chunks

50:50 elderflower cordial & boiled and cooled water

Lolly pop ice-lolly sticks


Skewer the fresh fruit onto ice-lolly sticks or if you have an ice lolly mould, place the fruit into the moulds with the ice lolly sticks in the middle. Then pour the elderflower cordial into the moulds to fill the gaps. Freeze overnight. Serve.
