Vietnamese Fruit Shake

Ingredients

1 dragon fruit, peeled and sliced

200g ripe and sweet strawberries

3 tbsp non-fat vanilla yogurt

3 tbsp coconut milk

1 cup crushed ice


Preparation

Slice the fruits into chunks and then add the yoghurt, coconut milk and crushed ice and blitz well. Serve.
