10 slices of ginger
1 × pomegranate seeded
Minty Cucumber Iced Tea
Fresh mint leaves
Cucumber
Fresh lime
Hibiscus Iced Tea
Rose buds
Hibiscus flowers

Preparation
Steep the dried flowers/buds/herbs, ginger, or lemongrass in boiling water
Rinse the pomegranate seeds under cold water to remove any excess red colouring, do this with the steeped hibiscus flowers too. Otherwise the teas will be too red.
Place the ice into the bottom of each glass/jar and top with buds, juices and fruit or cucumber, top with water or soda water to taste.
