100g peanuts
100g cashew nuts
1 can chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp White Pepper
½ tsp sea salt
100g raisins
Preparation
Sieve the chickpeas and allow to dry on a clean tea towel. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and then place everything apart from the raisins into the tray and mix all the spices and oil around the nuts and chickpeas.
Cooking
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place into the oven and bake for 15–20minutes. Remove from the oven and once cooled, mix the raisins in and serve.
