How We Are Creating Value

Green buildings

All new buildings and redevelopments will be green certified. Our redeveloped group headquarters at 1 Stubbs Road features sensor-operated LED lighting, rooftop solar panels, a biodiesel generator and electric vehicle charging.

Encouraging improvements in ESG performance with our partners and suppliers. 63% of Tier 1 suppliers at Group Office are rated in the top 15% of all companies assessed by a globally recognised ESG supplier ratings provider.

Increasing digitalisation and automation to reduce the usage of paper, with 1,776 tonnes saved across the group. 95% of our buy, service and claims transactions and 87% of our communication with customers were through digital channels.
