AIA RECOGNISED AS AN EXCEPTIONAL WORKPLACE BY GALLUP

This accolade is Gallup’s most distinguished global recognition celebrating companies that have a highly engaged workforce and a performance-oriented culture⁽¹⁾.

AIA is one of three Asia-headquartered companies out of forty-one winners globally to be recognised this year. Additionally, AIA ranked in the 90^th percentile for employee engagement in Gallup’s global finance and insurance industry benchmark, reaching 65 per cent level, far exceeding the global average of 20 per cent, according to Gallup’s latest report.
